Professional spray can with zinc 400ml gray

Liquid zinc is a ready-to-use formulation consisting of electrolytic zinc of high chemical purity (Zn - 96% in a dry residue), solvents and a binder resin.

Composition for cold galvanizing:

• zinc coating, effectively protecting black and non-ferrous metals from corrosion, having high tread properties and high adhesion to metal surfaces
• provides simultaneously active (cathodic) and passive (barrier) corrosion protection
• Elastic, resistant to vibration and shock loads, to abrasion
• temperature range from -60^оС to + 150^оС (for a short time up to + 210^оС when baking powder paint)

Application:
Shake the ball with zinc for 3 minutes. It is applied to clean non-fat metal, it is possible to apply to rust. Can be applied at a temperature of -35^oC to + 50^oC, any humidity. Apply evenly: the distance from the surface is 25-30 cm, 2-3 layers with an interlayer drying interval of 15min at 20^oC. Can be covered with all kinds of car paints and primers, as well as powder paints. The composition can be applied paint or primer after 2-3 hours.
